Job Description:

We are an established and growing onsite IT services firm comprised of mostly Network Engineers that provide onsite IT/network infrastructure services to our clients nationwide. Headquartered in Phoenix, we are searching for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in a part-time capacity, but with a long-term commitment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in small/medium business accounting administration.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Bookkeeping.
• Must be highly proficient to expert level with QuickBooks Online.
• Proficient to expert level with Banking websites and Bill Pay processes.
• Expert level with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Extremely organized with Digital Filing and File Structures.
• Proficient to expert level with Adobe Sign for E-Sign documents.
• Experience with web-based business management software (CMS) in general.
• AP/AR (accounts payable/receivable) experience.
• Experience with contracts.
• Auditing experience a plus.
• Payroll including sales commissions administration a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.
• CPA or very similar experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting/Finance or similar.

Commitment:
8hrs – 12hrs/week (e.g. 4hrs-6hrs Monday & 4hrs – 6hrs Friday or similar), increased hours possible
